State Hotel Info:

Rooms have already been reserved.  They are booked under Coach Wodarski’s name.  Each room sleeps 4 comfortable.  There are 2 queen beds in each room.    I have booked 10 rooms for Friday evening.  The team + coaches will make up for 4 rooms.  The other rooms will be available for parents.  The athlete’s rooms will be paid for by the athletic department.  The additional rooms will cost $90.00 + tax.  I have also reserved 2 rooms for Saturday evening as the team would like to stay one extra evening to celebrate the season.  This cost will however will not be picked up by the athletic department unfortunately so the boys will have to split the cost of the rooms.  I will be staying with the boys on Saturday as well.

If you are planning on using one of the rooms that I have reserved please let me know ASAP.  I need to cancel them no later than November 3rd without getting charged for the room.  This is the information on the hotel if you are interested and want to make you own reservations:

Delta Invitational Cancelled!
We have decided to cancel the Delta Invitational for 2010.  The high school team will be traveling to Youngstown OH on Friday and Saturday September 17-18th  to compete in the prestigious Boardman race which draws in mass amounts of runners similar to the Tiffin Carnival the previous week.  Middle School runners will have a bye week.

Liberty Center Invitational
We will be running the Liberty Center Invitational on Saturday, September 25th, 2010.  In the past this has been a bye week but decided this meet would be a fun event for the team.  The meet provides a course with moderate hills that includes water.  This is a "true" cross country course.
